Set meta viewport only to one element on a webpage

I'm building this website and I only see one solution... And that requires that it is possible to set the meta tag viewport only to one class/id/tag on a webpage and not the rest. I want to set the meta viewport only to my navigation bar. And my iframe to be set with the default

meta viewport or meta tag as it is popularly called applies to everything on the DOM page.You should use media queries to target some part of your page /aka the navigation
