Are you asking how to do this?

It would look like this in the CSS:

p {
  color: #000;
}

0 in hex is black, the higher the number the lighter the color. For example #fff is white.

Also #000 is the shorthand of #000000. Hexidecimal numbers come in pairs so each pair can be shorthanded if they are repeating. For example: #112233 = #123

You have no code for the paragraphs. You can change the color for paragraph text by adding:

p { color: #000; }
