Setting an Alarm in my app

I want to do an app with list of alarms, I want to store a list of alarms in my iphone to different date an time (DONE that) but I need some code to keep track of the different alarms and send ALMAR MESAGGE a sound when the time comes even if I out of the app.

any ideas or clue where to began ????
