Shapes in Swift

Is there a simple way to add shapes to your UI that doesn't require a ton of code? I'm coming from a graphic design background and trying to learn Swift. I feel like there should be an option in the object library but I'm not seeing it. Thanks!

I would seriously look into buying "Paintcode" from the mac app store. It is $99, but is perfect if you have graphic design knowledge. Essentially the app allows you to design graphics and export them as pure swift code for use in your projects.

Like Kyle said, paintcode and quartzcode are great apps for this type of thing.
