Shirts.php wont show up in my browser

Hi,

I was in the middle of the doing the Arrays work in PHP and I go back to my Shirts.php and refresh my browser and the page wont load. Just to see, I clicked on contact and it showed up as did the home page.

I restarted my server, and restarted my internet just to see, but I still cant get shirts.php to show up. Does any one know what happened?
