hi, watching the first video of stage 4 iv notice that Douglas is switching really fast between the different supporting files even if the files highlight dont change he was able to switch between; which shortcut is use here ? in advance thanks for the reply

It's <kbd>CMD</kbd>+<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>{</kbd> and the opposite to switch between tabs.
To switch between apps quickly at the system level, it's <kbd>Ctrl</kdb>+<kbd>Tab</kbd>
