Should all the image files be the same size for a gallery?

I would like to know if all the images files must be the same size in pixels for the image gallery to appear in the correct way, because I notice I upload images up different sizes in pxs, but when I am making the gallery they all appear in different sizes and some images appear fliped sideways...

Not necessarily... Later on the lessons you will learn on how to adjust and modify image sizes and etc. All of that is possible with css, although you don't want them to be too small in case you need to make them bigger and they look distorted.
