Should code signing values be changed back to iOS Developer when working on a new version of the app?

As the title states, I am wondering if the code signing settings that are changed need to be changed back to iOS Developer when working on a new version. Or, is it possible to just leave it on the settings Gabe has it in the video all of the time (I believe the settings can be seen around 6:30)?

As far as I can tell, these values do need to be changed back during development and only need to be changed to the settings in the video when you are getting ready to release the initial version of the app or a brand new version.
