Should i createToken = 21 ? if can't what exactly reason for this ? and what function num ?

I'm not quite sure I understand your questions here. Could you elaborate and give some context?

21 tokens for 1 player, means 42 tokens for 2 players which is tokens total. The only way to distribute 42 between columns and rows in a board is: 6x7 or 7x6 which is a standard for "four in a row".
