Should I download devstarter and is it worth it?

Hi, I am thinking of downloading devstarter as I am starting a new project. Do you think I should? And would you use it?

I don't see why not, plenty of people use this sort of thing to avoid writing all the boilerplate code. If you're still just learning though it might be good practice to write them yourself, but not necessary really.
