Should i go for php ?

Hey i learned HTML, CSS, Javascript and now i want tostart php should i go for it.

it will be easy for u to learn the sybtax when u know Javascript.

PHP is for working with data from user on the server. if u want blog, email form, include parts of site that are always same at specific locations... then start with php.
