So I just joined treehouse and have been doing a bit of programming on codecademy and I also read "Learn python the hard way". Now I am interested in doing the flask track, but there is quite a few python beginner videos and some things that I think that I already know. Should I just skip these videos and jump into databases for example and things that I want to learn more about?

That depends on how well you think you know them. If you feel that you know it all then sure, skip them. But there is always the chance that you will learn something, and if you can learn a new trick by watching 4 videos containing something you already know that might be worth the time. You could always consider it refreshing your skills.
You could definitely skip them if you want to though, the choice is yours :)
I hope that helps,
Jonas
