Simple Blog Post Reader - Rendering error

Hi guys - any idea on why I'm getting this overlap at the top?

That's because the status bar is transparent now in iOS 7. I think later in the app you add a nav bar which will fix that. But if Amit doesn't have a bar at the top just keep following along
