Your answer is correct, however your placement is not. You currently have your label and inputs inside your Shirt Color select group. Your label and inputs should come after. View Below.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <form action="index.html" method="post">
      <h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
      <label for="color">Shirt Color:</label>
      <select id="color" name="shirt_color">
            <option value="red">Red</option>
            <option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
            <option value="purple">Purple</option>
            <option value="blue">Blue</option>
            <option value="green">Green</option>
            <option value="orange">Orange</option>
      </select>
          <label>Shirt Size:</label>
          <input type="radio" id="small" value="small" name="shirt_size">
          <input type="radio" id="medium" value="medium" name="shirt_size">
          <input type="radio" id="large" value="large" name="shirt_size">
      <button type="submit">Place Order</button>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

I hope this helps.
