Simple JS Contact Form

Hello,

I'm looking for a good simple contact form in javascript that sends to my e-mail to my website. I've been looking a lot for a good one but I just seem to find crappy ones. Do you know any good ones? Please post them down below!

JavaScript is a client-side language, what you need is a server-side language like PHP. I like this one http://www.freecontactform.com/email_form.php
