13,023 PointsFor a site like this a basic HTML(page structure and content), CSS (style and color), and JavaScript(Interaction) would work.
You could instead use a back end language such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java.
This is not a complex feature but it may take a lot of learning to know the different things you will need. PHP may be your best bet here as it is quick and simple once you know a little bit of programming and HTML. The others would require a lot more knowledge of the language to get up and running.

13,023 PointsI would either find a WordPress plugin which works. I have no experience there so I can not make any recommendations or simply tell whoever you are building this for you can not deliver in that time frame.
Sorry for being confronting but why would you take on a job with a short time frame using a skill you have not learned?
