Simple Question

What is a pragma mark?

I've seen this used in several videos but I still don't understand what it is or its function in relation to the videos I've seen it in.

It's possible I missed it's explanation somewhere but after reviewing several videos I still see this as a bit of a mystery.

We talk about pragma marks around the 2:30 mark of this video. Hope that helps! As Cristian mentioned, they are used to help organize code.

I think that they are like directives to organize codes in a better way.

Thank you Ben, the video not only answers the question completely but now I understand how to take advantage of it in Xcode. Thanks for posting.
