Site Critique

Hi all. This is the first (proper coded) site I've been given to do at work (usually I work within a cms) and it would be great to get some feedback on it so far. There's very little actual content on there at the moment, but more in terms of look etc.

It's responsive and I've used html, css, jquery, php and Perch cms.

Oh and the actual main page has yet to be designed, as they don't know what content they want there yet.

It looks very clean, and functional. I love how organized your code is. Mine's a hot mess (: I'm not too keen on the navbar, though. It looks very dry. Maybe restyle the buttons somehow? Add some text shadow? But then again, judging from what the site is about and what needs it has... it might be more appropriate to just leave it as is. I think it suits it well.
