Since joining this site I have had issues with quizzes and challenges not loading and causing me to reload the page and start the trial or quiz again.
Then there was the slowed/grabbled/broken voice over video yesterday, then today everytime I try to do a quiz or challeng one or two questions in I get an error message asking me to restart the challenge. Then (yes there is more!) while going through a unit on workspaces I can't even check my work in the preview window BECAUSE IT WON'T LOAD!!!!!!!!
NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!
I understand at times there are glitches but this is beyond the joke!!!!!
Anyone else having issues?
If it's not sorted will unfortunately have to leave treehouse and learn elsewhere.

Try reaching out to the Treehouse help team at help@teamtreehouse.com because I know they will work with you and try their hardest to make sure that you are happy. I've been with this site for almost a year now, and I love it. The staff are all friendly and will help you to the best of their ability.

Courses Plus Student 12,431 PointsI have technical issues too. When I use Youtube everything works fine and I point out in particular Fullscreen. Since my problem is that Treehouse is freeezing my computer whenever I use Fullscreen in their videos. So it could be some buggy Javascript code since Video controls are cutomized in Treehouse. I specifiy that this is not the F11 function is the Video control I mean that appears as a button.

5,526 PointsThank you for your response. I have emailed the helpdesk, but due to the extent of the problem, I can't imagine it will resolved quickly. The problem is so bad continuing my study is almost impossible as I can't complete the challenges, and watching the videos can sometimes be very difficult, and I often can't see my work in the preview.
Frustrated isn't a descriptive enough word to express my feelings! lol

15,719 PointsAre you using any extensions in your browser? When I was running Adblock Plus, I was having a crazy amount of errors happening on this site (and other sites). Also, not being able to preview changes made in your workspace can result from a few different things such as incorrect code, incorrect file references, etc. But to clarify, do you mean previewing code in a challenge or previewing code in your actual workspace? If you're still unable to see any changes in your workspace, can I see a snapshot of your workspace? 5,526 PointsNo, I'm not using any extensions. I'm on a iMac and I am using treehouse in Chrome, and Safari, and Firefox. All have these issues.

5,526 PointsHaving loading issues previewing my work in workspaces! Sometime it will load somes it won't.
Same issue with watch lessons, sometimes the page will load and sometimes it won't.
Sometimes video will play back uninterrupted, somestimes it breaks up and distroted and garbbled.
Often when taking quizzes or challenged the page either freezes or tells me there is a problem loading the page and asks me to restart the challenge. Not funny after restarting the same challenge 4 times!!!!

15,719 PointsSpecifically referring to workspaces (since I am only a humble paying member like yourself), do these loading errors occur after you change code? Keep in mind that depending on what you're doing that you can change certain pieces of code that will cause your site to not show when previewed because the browser doesn't know how to interpret what you've put. Are you currently having trouble trying to preview a specific workspace? Keep in mind, again, that I'm a paying student such as yourself and am only doing this to try to help you.

5,526 PointsThe issue isn't my code. It's a site tech issue. Other members are also posting about having tech issues.
Thank you for your positive assistance, but until the helpdesk replies I'm going to try push through my lessons so I can get the CSS basics done today(it's already 2:30pm here in Japan!).
