Sketch? Only for Macs...

Why would they decide to do a whole series of videos for a beginner tutorial that is Mac specific? Literally nobody watching this is an experienced UX/UX/Designer, thus much lower probability of having a Mac. Lol.

While there are cross-platform and Windows only apps that can be used for UX, the Design industry ā€“ from what I have seen ā€“ is still predominantly Mac centric. It is no coincidence that Sketch, which is a very popular choice for UX, is Mac only. Using Sketch is also a great choice for those wishing to start in UX. It is relatively low cost to purchase compared to getting an Adobe subscription for XD or Axure.

That said, Iā€™d love to see a Figma course on Treehouse. That would be OS neutral! ;-)
