I am committing to the SQLAlchemy with Python and Flask Track, however I have working knowledge of the SQL component. Can I skip this but still complete the Track? I have started this SQL module but cannot exit?

229,670 PointsIf you want the system to recognize that you completed a track, you must complete each module in it. But some tracks offer a test that will consider you to have completed module(s) if you pass.
If your track doesn't have this, you can still get credit for a course without watching all the videos. Just complete all the challenges and quizzes. But in that process you may discover that there is some material you can still benefit from.
