Skrollr & HTML5 Video

I'm looking for a way to tie a HTML5 video's track to scrolling events. I saw this on the Apple iPhone6 site and thought it looked awesome.

I've tried implementing it with Skrollr but can't seem to figure out a way to tie the video's track.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
