Hi, I know how to do gradients, but I can never get a gradient where you dont see the levels of gradient. I want to get a very smooth gradient as if it blurs into the other colour? Can anyone help me? thanks

Use something like this - http://www.colorzilla.com/gradient-editor/

You'll just need to create lots and lots of color stops.
