so as far as I can tell, this should be working

I think maybe its because I'm not dealing with white space and commas but I really don't know how to

i think your phone number re is ok except you have an unmatched closing bracket (]) which can be removed. your email re is just incomplete i think, it is stopping at ampersands and not picking up domains. try ([-\w\d+.]+@[-\w\d+.]*) to get the rest of the addresses.
