var html = '';

for ( var i =1; i <= Math.floor(Math.random() * 300) + 1; i += 1 ) {
  html += '<div>' + i + '</div>';
}
document.write(html);

This code would write a random number of divs to the page (from 1 to 300). These divs would contain a number starting at 1 and ending with the number of divs.
