Social Media Icons

Hello Treehouse,

I am having trouble tracking down where to find small social media icons like the twitter and facebook icons that the HTML module uses at the bottom of designing our first webpages. If I want to download these icons that are small enough in mb size to include on my page, is there a good place to look? Not sure if Treehouse itself has the icons available for us to download...

Best, Ross

If you navigate to the How to build a website then Build the Footer video towards the bottom of the page you'll see a link called "Project files". Download and Unzip the file to see Facebook and Twitter icons, Then in Workspaces right click under the files and select "upload files" to include them in the file list.

If you're looking for icons, I suggest using Iconfinder for your projects. Their website has a ton of icons to choose from that vary in styles and many of them are free of charge. Take a look at what they have to offer!

P.S: They even offer the icons in different formats. You can download them as .PSD (Photoshop file) or even as an SVG.

Try www.flaticon.com it is free.

Thanks all, this is great help!
