Software to make teacher's presentations

I Like a lot the presentations and animations all the teachers do in the courses at TreeHouse. I would like to emulate this fantastic movements and animations in my personal presentations. Can you tell me the software you use to make this amazing presentations?

I encourage you to prepare a course to develope our own presentations.

Thanks Kevin Dang for your answer. I think the TreeHouse's teachers use another software because the presentations use amazing movements.
