I received an email from jar.domainsubmissionservices.com suggesting that I submit my website that I created in my treehouse course How to Make a Website to all the major search engines. Here is the body of the email below. Is this email a scam? Also, should I be submitting my website to the search engines? Can I do this in Cyberduck or some other legitimate service? Thank you!

Its just a scam to get you to pay for something you can do for free yourself. Even if you don't submit your website to the search engines they will index your site eventually anyway.
If this email is from the people you bought the domain name from I wouldn't use them again either.
Hope this helps.
