Solved -- Error 404 and can't log in to wp-admin

I had started to set up my web site when I decided to try treehouse learning. So, I deleted the files in public_html folder and tried loading wordpress from scratch. Now I can't log into wp-admin. What am I doing wrong?

Not Found

The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Well, I reinstalled from Bluehost, and now I'm back in the water . . .

If you could edit the title and prefix solved so other can see would be great :)
