I have clicked on my answer, and the line turned blue, but I am not able to navigate to the next question or see if my answer is correct.

When you get a question correct you should see a gree band saying congratulations.
You should also see a green button, usually below the quiz answers, clicking this continues to the next question.

I can't explain why it didn't work for you to begin with sorry.
I usually give a standard list of things for people to try if workspaces, questions or code challenges don't work, so I'll list them for you now incase you run into any problems in the future.
Are you typing in the code or pasting it? (try doing the opposite).
Try logging out then back in,
Try restarting your browser,
Try using a different browser?
