[SOLVED] O(n^2)

2 dimensional arrays, someone posted this as an answer, I looked it up on google and now my browser (chrome) displays searches as print about .01 em.
I cant find how to get it back. Any thoughts?

nvm, got it, though I can't imagine for the life of me how those two instances converged.
