Why is track two still asking me to resume and it shows complete?

My progress in HTML Forms is stuck on Stage 2 The Form Element. The actual HTML Form Track shows complete. Why?

Hey John,

You may have watched the video and accidentally clicked restart at the end, it will ask you to resume even if your one second into the video, it could also because you were a second or more away from finishing the video and you moved to the next part of the chapter. In any case, you should be fine with it saying resume video, it does not mean that you didn't watch it. I hope this helps you.
