i can't buy google play developper with 25$ in my country .. ! some one can help me ?

Be aware that if you're planning to sell an app Google may have problems paying you if you are not in a supported country.

"If you are not located in any of the countries listed above, or do not own the required bank account for receiving payments, Google may not be able to pay for the sales in that account by any other means."

I believe there are a variety of ways to ship an Android app, perhaps someone else can clarify?
