Some steps shows as incomplete

A few videos or steps shows as incomplete after I've watched them. A majority of those also stay incomplete even after I go back and taken additional measures such as rewatching them form beginning to end, submitting a review of that video, and/or making sure I hit the "continue" button.

It's really annoying because it's distracting me. Has anybody else encountered this issue and found a solution or work-around to prevent it from happening?

Hi Ednalyn,

We greatly appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Please note that we're aware of this bug, and our developers are looking into it. While we do not have an approximate time frame as to when this will be resolved, we're working to deploy a fix as soon as possible.

We've found that if the videos are being watched at 1.25 speed or higher, then intermittently they're not being marked as 'watched'. We also may recommend to try clearing the cache on your browser and making sure it's up to date to see if this helps.

If you have any other issues or questions, please let us know.

Best, Kara

Oh cool. I usually watch at 2x. Best regards to the team, Dd.
