Someone please explain...

Can someone explain what each topic in treehouse does. For example, explain what wordpress does...PHP...Ruby...all that stuff.

Going through all the options in Tracks, Front-End Web Development teaches you how to build good looking, cutting edge websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Web design teaches you the same thing, but teaches you to be a good designer, too. Rails development teaches you Ruby and the Rails framework, which is what many backend servers for websites are coded in. PHP development teaches you PHP, which is also what many backend servers for websites are written in, but it's older and harder than Rails. WordPress teaches you how to make a good website using WordPress, using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. iOS development teaches you Objective-C and how to develop for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and Android Development teaches you Java for the purpose of developing for Android devices. Finally the Business course teaches you to be a good business person
