Something is wrong about this course

Hi All,

I'm totally lost what Pasan is talking about on this course's first video. I haven't seen the table view or this example before. Also, unfortunately the file available on Downloads section has errors on my version of XCode, and I can't fix them.

I guess other beginners like me might've encountered with these problems. So it would be helpful for us new folk to have an updated course rather than this one, noting that I'm trying my best to catch up with what this video talks about but still have lots of questions on my mind. Please let us know if this course would get updated.

I agree with what Mert said above. I've been following the TechDegree course track and this video topic just jumped ahead. I have not watched any previous course where we build a tableview app. What's going on?

Hi Mert,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the project files. As mentioned by Pasan in the video, you can start with an empty Master-Detail Application. To do so, click on "Create a new Xcode Project" and Choose "Master-Detail Application". After that, you should be able to follow along with the video.

Nice explanation and thanks a lot for your guidance. But please put it in teacher's notes as anyone taking the course can come to know that its an explanation of a project which is available with everyone.
