Something is wrong with Github: files not found, unable to do repositories, I can't summit projects... what now???

I couldn't summit the Project 01 because treehouse did not found my files. I try to deleted the files and publishing the project again but the files where there even do I removed from the desk app and web app. looks like Github servers are not updating or something. what should I do ?
