Do you know why you are unable to access http websites? Is it a setting in your browser, or blocked through firewall, or maybe something else?

To rid yourself of Trovi, use this guide; How to remove Trovi adware from Mac. I would recommend looking into some anti-malware software (I personally use Malwarebytes) and just being more careful when you download things in the future.

Hey, thanks for responding. But, I just reseted chrome and safari and Trovi was gone. Then, I restarted the mac and it didn't block the websites anymore. So, it's fixed, but thank you for taking your time to answer my question :).
