I created a discussion about this once before. I said it was exclusively in the Usability course, as I thought it was. It has reoccurred everywhere, even in the reward videos. Once it happened twice in one video. This time, the sound kept on going as I refreshed the page. The video started again, and the sound from the previous watch kept on going at the same time. It is still playing now! Or it was. I just heard the video end. This is very weird and frustrating! It is interrupting my learning.

Courses Plus Student 1,984 PointsMaybe try a ccleaner to clear all temp docs and your cache and check your download speed on a speed test site. Just google broadband speed test. Or maybe update your codecs. My other computer is pretty old and at certain times of the day its very hard to stream video on it and similar happens with sound.

11,110 PointsI rebooted my computer and closed a program (Adobe Illustrator) that was taking up a lot of memory. I haven't had the problem since so far.
