SpriteKit Game: How can I implement an "Invite Friends or Contacts" section for a game? Any tips ?

Basically, I want to have a section in the Main Menu of my game that will allow users to easily invite friends to my application via SMS or email.

I have been looking for a way for users to add people from their contacts who are also users of the app (like snapchat does) but I cant find really find anything at all. Hoping someone comes along and answers this
