SQLAlchemy Basics - Movie Database Continued

Not sure why my code fails. Apparently I am doing things as explained.

models.py 
from sqlalchemy import create_engine, Column, Integer, String
from sqlalchemy.ext.declarative import declarative_base
from sqlalchemy.orm import sessionmaker

engine = create_engine(‘sqlite:///movies.db’, echo=False)
Session = sessionmaker(bind=engine)
session = Session()
Base = declarative_base()


class Movie(Base):
    __tablename__ = ‘movies’

    id = Column(Integer, primary_key=True)
    movie_title = Column(String)
    genre = Column(String)

new_movie = Movie(movie_title='Test', genre='Sci-Fi')
session.add(new_movie)
