Hi Sai

The challenge wants you to try and covert the passed in argument to an int, if you can convert it then the argument is a number and return its square, if it cant, the argument is probably a string, then return the string * its length.

 def squared(num):
    try:
        num = int(num)
        return num * num
    except:
        return num * (len(num))
