Start build a blog reader Android App or wait...?

Should I start the build a blog reader Android App or should I wait till it gets updated so I can do it on Android Studio? I currently do not know much about eclipse and I am much more comfortable with Android Studio.

Thanks

Hi Matin, As Joe said you can go ahead and proceed with the current course. What matters is the concepts not the IDE. IDEs can evolve and change over the time but the core concepts behind Android remains same.

It'll be a good practice for you to follow the course in Android Studio while instructions are given in Eclipse. I did even the Ribbit course using Android Studio. It was a bit confusing and overwhelming but gradually I got hold of it. Now I don't even think about Eclipse anymore.

Android Studio FTW :)

I've done the project with android studio without any problems so you should be good to go. I updated to the newest android studio release before starting it
