Starting up a Group

Hey Everyone,

I am looking to find a few people. Novice, intermediate, and experts who would like to start up a group (perhaps google+) that would like to meet periodically and discuss different topics, troubles, etc. I've some HTML practice, but am starting it all over again and would love to have some other people, so that I didn't feel I was doing this alone.
