Static, false text upon course completion

Each time I complete a course I get "Congratulations! Because you have completed HTML Forms..." and two course recommendations.

I have never completed HTML Forms, and every time I complete a different course I get this "HTML Forms" completion message. Also, the two course recommendations are quite inaccurate, and the first one is just the course I just completed:

I think the developer creating the course completion page forgot to remove the static text :)
