Staying motivated and pair programming

I just wanted to share my recent experience for others in the same "boat". I've found that when you're studying online by yourself it can be sometimes be hard to stay motivated if you don't have any others around you interested in the same things. Well I started to recently use twitter more when a fellow treehouse student started to follow me. Some of you probably already know that the tech community is strong on there, but it's been a really amazing experience having so many supportive people to reach out to and even people to start pair programming with! If you don't have access to a great meetup community I'd definitely urge you to get on there and talk about what you're doing!

I think it would be awesome to connect with other treehouse students and maybe even work on some projects together! If you feel the same way maybe leave your twitter handle in the comments?

If you want to follow me you can at @sagecoder.

Just a suggestion, I have a friend that does Treehouse and we keep tabs on each others points; just search the name of the person on the forums and you should be able to find a forum question from them and get to their profile.

That's also an awesome idea!

I totally agree with you, there is nothing wrong with creating a community outside of treehouse as well. my twitter handle is @mishkin123.
