Steps aren't marked as completed

Steps aren't marked as completed, even when video is played fully. Started facing it, once switched from base videos to ones in high quality..

well, did you skip or fast forward while watching the video? You can't! you have to watching it from end-to-end without any skipping, then it will marked as watched. Yeah, this kinda sucks.

Well, I have watched the ones in higher quality, because ones shown by default are hard on my eyes. But, once I saw that some of the steps weren't counted as completed, I tried going back to those videos and putting them on play in the browser windows, while going somewhere to do whatever. Video got played from start to end, but yet still its shown as incomplete...

No matter how many times they are played, they just won't get marked.. Annoying.

I'm having the same issue, some videos are getting marked as completed while others aren't. I'm playing the videos fully.

There must have been a glitch or something. I passed a course today, same as yesterday - muted playback in browser, while watching in good quality in itunes, and it got marked as completed. Tried ones from previous courses - first got marked. Will give others a try now.
