Still now feeling confused on Bootstrap

Hello, this is Asad.I want to know something clearly from you guys. Please help me if you can!

I want to be a Front End Web Developer so that i have started my journey with world's best online training site Treehouse.I have already completed some Front End Web Development tools like HTML,CSS,Media Queries,Javascript and jQuery.I have created several websites by my own knowledges.I have tried to create my websites responsive by Media Queries. All of my websites are okay but these are not fully responsive in all devices. So that one of my friends recommend me to use Bootstrap. But it's a framework that make me discourage to learn.Because i think my CSS knowledge fully useless here. Should i continue to learn Bootstrap? Why?

Give it a try as you have nothing to lose. The article gives an update about Bootstrap getting updated with current standards. One thing about the internet it moves really fast. This article was from 2013 given that time Bootstrap has been updated a lot. Being able to use frameworks will benefit you and save you time.

Hey Joseph! Are here in Treehouse?Oh my God!really feeling glad to see you with the world's best online training site my friend! Hope you will see soon a framework like Bootstrap from me!

Take care Thanks

Learning Bootstrap is actually a pretty good way to expand your knowledge. Learning Bootstrap won't mean you'll be restricted to only using Bootstrap. Frameworks are usually used to get things off the ground instead of creating everything from scratch. Depending how you use frameworks you can use as is or heavily modify them to fit your needs. You might learn something from frameworks that can be used in creating websites from scratch.

Thanks,Jag

So you recommend me to learn Bootstrap?Recently i have read an article on Bootstrap that informed me to ignore learning Bootstrap. They said it's not best practices for a developer to use Bootstrap. Here is it http://www.zingdesign.com/5-reasons-not-to-use-twitter-bootstrap/ I'm feeling trouble that's why.
