Still on Ruby 2.0 even though I installed 2.2.2

How do I access Ruby 2.2.2 once it's installed?

It still says I'm using version 2.0.

If you have rvm installed you can use:

 rvm use 2.2.2

in the terminal to switch between installed ruby versions.

If you are using rbenv it would be wise to create another Ruby shim by running this command . 

$ rbenv install 2.2.2
rbenv global 2.2.2-p353
