Strange Video issues

It is strange that now my videos are freezing so that I can't watch one through. It usually starts back up but it is too frequent and the pauses are too long so that it is distracting.

I recently had to pause my account, and I wasn't having this issue then. But I also "refreshed" my laptop, which is a process where the laptop deletes all the programs and stuff and you start over from scratch.

So when I re-downloaded Chrome and unpaused my subscription I noticed a couple of things. First, that the prog bar at the bottom of the videos does not go away in Chrome. It does go away in IE. But in both IE and Chrome, the videos keep freezing. I also notice that the volume adjustment is no longer present on the videos and there is a new switch to rewind the video by thirty seconds.

So I assume that there have been some changes made during the half a month that I was gone. I am wondering if these changes are the cause for the video playback issues I am having or if it is a result of something on my end. Could the refresh I did on my laptop have anything to do with this?

I have not noticed any issues with video feed on sites like YouTube which makes me think that the issue is originating here.

Any insight you can give is appreciated! Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. Video's freeze after ~3min. of watching. Only solution I've found was to refresh the page and resume the video. Any answers would be much appreciated!
